NKBA 2026 Kitchen of the Year

NZK&BQ Brand Partnerships

Extend your visibility around the NKBA Awards.

Five tiers of digital-first partnership built by NZK&BQ around the 2026 Excellence in Design season — editorial-grade visibility, not banner space.

Primary focus

Kitchens & Bathrooms Quarterly cover

We cover the full kitchen and bathroom ecosystem.

Kitchens, bathrooms, kitchen designers, bathroom designers, interior designers working in kitchens & bathrooms, showrooms, kitchen & bathroom renovation, kitchen & bathroom products, and the New Zealand kitchen & bathroom awards.

A note on positioning

These partnerships are created and managed by NZK&BQ for the KBQ digital platform. They are separate from any sponsorship arrangements managed directly by NKBA.

Positioning

Separate from NKBA sponsorship. Built for digital reach.

NZK&BQ builds partnerships around the audience that follows the awards online — the specifiers, designers, showrooms and homeowners who read winners coverage, watch category features, and share the work on. This is where your brand becomes part of the story of the season, not an advertisement beside it.

Why partner

Specified in the work. Seen by the audience.

You’re already in the work. Our platform makes that influence visible.

Definitions

What is a digital content moment?

A digital content moment is a purpose-built piece of editorial content produced by the KBQ team and anchored to a partner — a product-in-context feature, a designer conversation, a behind-the-project piece, a materials study, or a category explainer.

Each moment is planned into the awards-season editorial calendar, published on KBQ.nz, distributed through the newsletter, and surfaced inside the winners and finalists coverage where the brand appears in the work itself. It is not a banner, not a paid post disguised as editorial, and not a press release.

Relationship with print

Print integration is a separate conversation. These partnerships are digital-first — print placement in Kitchens & Bathrooms Quarterly can be added on request through the wider KBQ ratecard.
