Limestone Retreat is soft, pale and quietly architectural. The room is shaped as much by texture as by line, and the effect is closer to a gallery than a service space.

Stone surfaces carry the tonal weight, with cabinetry pulled back to a near-matching value so that the whole composition reads as one material field.

Where the design allows itself a gesture it does so structurally — a heavier bench edge, a defined tall run — rather than through applied decoration.

The result is a room that is calm without being cold, largely because the surfaces have enough grain and variation to hold interest at close range.
