The Mackworth bathroom is calm, orderly and well proportioned. It is the sort of room that does not draw attention to itself and is better for it.
The tonal range is soft and consistent, with texture rather than colour providing the interest across walls, floor and joinery.
The vanity has been given proper bench area and the storage sits where it is used, so the surfaces stay clear in daily life.
Junctions and setting-out have been carefully handled, and in a room this quiet, that precision is what the eye actually responds to.
