Project story

Reflections begins with a couple ready to reclaim their kitchen after their children had left home. They wanted a room that felt modern, softly masculine and more attuned to entertaining, but the existing kitchen was dark, constrained and set against the wrong view.

The design turned the room toward better light and a more generous outlook, removing the low south-facing window that had held the kitchen back. What followed is a kitchen about transformation rather than replacement: clearer in plan, richer in atmosphere and much more connected to the life around it.
