The Marble Edit was planned around the way Marie uses her kitchen: as a daily living space, a base for gardening and a room that still needs to host the wider family. The footprint remained, as did a freestanding cooker already bought for the renovation, but the rest of the room was reconsidered with care.
White cabinetry, timber and marble bring a traditional character to the kitchen, while display shelving and detailed joinery connect it to the home’s existing timber features. This was the second project undertaken with the client, and it has the confidence of a room made through familiarity: practical, personal and built around the way she lives.
