Entertain Me resolves a familiar problem in an open-plan home: how to include a television and fireplace without allowing either to dominate the room. The owners wanted the convenience of a media space, but also needed the living pavilion to remain connected to the lake, the outdoor areas and the social life of the house.
The feature wall is planned as part of the architecture rather than an added screen. Its L-shaped arrangement anchors the room, while material and detailing references elsewhere in the home keep the composition cohesive. The result is a living space that can host a film night or a full house without changing its character.
